Despite the fact that it’s only February, it’s already been a busy year for Nidecker with the group’s recent acquisition of Flow, and that’s off the back of a rebrand and a change in focus for 2017/18. Focusing mainly on boards tuned either for carving or freeriding, their stand at ISPO this year just screamed carbon and Swiss precision.
There’s a huge range to choose from, and if they take your fancy it would be well worth your time pouring through the catalogue as every detail has been thought through to a ‘T’, with recommendations based on stance, style, height, weight and even the length of your shin bones.
This minutia-scrutinising continues through to their range of boots and bindings as well, all still suitably stealthy looking in various shades of black. The devil is in the details, ad given these are the guys behind Jones, NOW and YES to name but a few, you can be sure you can trust your ride to them in 2018.
