After returning to snow this winter, Bent Metal has taken on board feedback from their units currently on sale and have fine-tuned their line for next year for even greater reliability and performance. Offering four different models with flexes ranging from medium soft to firm, you can also swap out their custom EVA footbeds to create your own personal highback and sole combination for that perfectly tuned stance. Their forward lean adjustment again comes via ‘The Cube’, possibly the simplest and easiest way to dial it in on the hill.
For women there’s only one specific option – the Upshot, a medium soft all-mtn freestyle binding – and for men there’s the Logic, Transfer and Solution, the latter being the stiffest of the range and Nicolas Müllers‘ go-to. With three pro model colourways to choose from – Sean Genovese on the Logic and Forrest Bailey and Jamie Lynn on the Transfer – there’s enough variety in such a small line, and from the testing we’ve already been able to do with them we can tell you that Bent Metal bindings sure do work.
