Deep down, if we’re really honest with ourselves, we all know the most important factor in choosing a snowboard. Yeah, it’d be good if it’s functional. I guess it’s kind of important that it suits your riding style. It should probably be the right size. Buuuuut, c’mon, admit it- we all wanna strap in to something that looks cool as shit. We want to turn heads in the lift queue, and not for ripping a noxious fart after too many Stiegl Goldbräu. This is a significant investment, and in all likelihood, you’ll be looking at that topsheet for a couple of seasons, unless you’ve got the paper to get a new deck every year.
“Like the best things in life, snowboard graphics come in all shapes and sizes”
Like the best things in life, snowboard graphics come in all shapes and sizes. From classic wood grain, to a LSD infused unicorn orgy there’s something out there for everyone. Whatever tickles your pickle there’s a board out there just waiting for you. With more and more artist collabs and pro models each season, brands are getting more creative with their designs.
This is probably the most difficult list to put together, because everyone has such wildly differing opinions on what constitutes a ‘cool’ graphic. After much debate we decided to just ask around and got suggestions from our Test Team and a few industry bods. There’s a bit of an eclectic mix here, and we probably missed some banger topsheets and bases. So, if you’ve got suggestions drop us a line and we’ll add them to the list. In the meantime, have a look at our favourite snowboard graphics for 2019-2020 and get inspired.
