The hardest charging soft board on the mountain is what Burton likes to call their women’s Rewind snowboard, which we’re taking to mean a board that has the minerals to crush everything in its path, but won’t kick your arse if you’re taking it easy.
With the board’s ability to make every lap fun AF, the Burton Rewind takes us back to our childhood days spent mucking about in the playground. If you’re longing for that playful friend who never questioned your love for mischief, then the Burton Rewind is definitely the right choice for you.
“The boards hybrid camber profile allows for fun and effortless turns, which also makes the Rewind a solid choice for the slightly less experienced riders out there”

With a camrock profile, soft flex and a true twin shape, the Rewind is perfect for hotlapping the park. The Pure Pop profile, with a tiny bit of rocker at both ends and flat zones just outside the feet, adds pop and playfulness to the board – something that also makes it an ideal choice for slushy spring laps.
Despite the Rewind’s park-like shape, it is also a great board for anyone who’s looking to have a good time on the groomers too. The board’s hybrid camber profile allows for fun and effortless turns, which also makes the Rewind a solid choice for the slightly less experienced riders out there. In comparison to Burton’s other female favourite, The Talent Scout, the Rewind lacks something in the stability and aggression stakes but makes up for it by being a livelier ride instead.
On a more visual note, we’re a bit sad to see the cat go, as the topsheet has been replaced with a slightly more feminine design for this season. Despite this, we’re still stoked on the board. Effortless turning, ideal for hitting any odd side hits around, and simply perfect for having a blast with – the Burton Rewind is ideal for a slushy spring break shred.
