Oh. My. Days. We’ve been waiting for this for a long while – in fact, ever since we first saw the jaw-dropping shots of Travis’ trip to Alaska (that we published back in Whitelines 92). We’ve been hearing tales from industry insiders who’d seen this, and came out goggle-eyed. We’ve been frothing like the In-Betweeners on heat at the prospect of watching it. And now, it’s finally here. And fuck me does is it look epic! It’s not just the stonking soundtrack or the use of insane slow-motion, (though both of them are obviously pretty frickin’ cool) it’s the riding too. And the sheer scale of the whole thing. How big is that crevasse-gap on 1.57?! Sorry, I’m getting over-excited here, but seriously, I defy you not to when you see this.

The rider list is also suitably impressive – alongside Travis Rice, there’s John Jackson, Mark Landvik, Scotty Lago, Jake Blauvelt, Nicolas Muller, Gigi Ruf, DCP, Pat Moore… and is that Jeremy Jones’ voice we hear on the teaser? How’s that for starters? We knew the budget Red Bull had set aside for this was big, but we didn’t realise it was quite this big. With That’s It, That’s All Travis and Brain Farm pretty much re-defined what was possible in snowboard movie making. Will they do it again this winter? On the evidence of this teaser, you’d be foolish to bet against it.
