They say: Jibtastic journey
We say: With its rockered profile and popster core shape, this is built primarily for messing around in the park. That said, this definitely no slacker when it comes to razzing around at speed, thanks to the ‘Royal Rubber Rails’ which dampen vibrations.
Tester says: High on my list for any girl wanting to progress her freestyle.

About Salomon
- Building boards since: 1997
- HQ: Annecy, France
- History lesson: The father and son team Francois and Georges Salomon founded the brand that bears their name in 1947. Although it started out in a small workshop in Annecy, the company soon outgrew these humble origins. By the time it reached its 50th birthday in 1997 – the year it launched its first range of snowboards – it was one of the world’s biggest ski makers. Perhaps predictably then, its boards met with a lukewarm reception from the hardcore of the scene. This didn’t deter Salomon however, and it kept investing in the sport. In the end its attentiveness paid off when snowboarders realised that Salomon’s boards were simply too good to ignore any more.
- Ridden by: Sensible shredders who like a decent amount of tech in their sticks without compromising too much on style.
