They say: For fullgrown jib enthusiasts.
We say: This is Lib’s jibby banana, with a true twin shape a relatively soft flex. Although the rocker means its not the most solid at speed, it’s still got Mervin’s ‘Magne-traction’ which helps with the edge hold.
Tester says: Manages the impossible and presses even better than a Skate Banana!

About Lib Tech
- Building boards since: 1984
- HQ: Sequim, WA, USA
- History lesson: Most people would be content with starting one successfully radical snowboard brand, but not Mike Olson. Having already established Gnu, the mad hatter of Mervin Manufacturing began sticking the name Lib Tech on skateboards in the early 80s. Shortly afterwards, Lib Tech expanded into making snowboards too. Over the course of the nineties they developed a reputation for their individual, art-driven approach. In 2007 they lit the fuse of the reverse camber revolution with their first Skate Banana.
- Ridden by: Righteous dudes who look like they wouldn’t hurt a fly, but will regale you with pretty vicious tales of the Battle of Seattle every time you share a spliff. And anyone who’s ever wanted a bit of Travis Rice’s magic to rub off on them.
