UPDATE: Check out our review of the 2018/2019 Salomon Rumble Fish here
An all-rounder aimed at more confident female riders, the Salomon Rumble Fish has what it takes to tame pow fields, park lines and groomers alike. Sometimes that’s got more to do with marketing spiel than reality, but this one is the real deal.
“Carbon rods run from the inserts to the extremities, giving you maximum spring at the lip of a jump”

The true twin shape is ripe for freestyle, as is the ‘Popster Booster’ construction that uses carbon to enhance the profile’s already-formidable ollie power. Carbon rods run from the inserts to the extremities, giving you a more rigid platform for getting maximum spring at the lip of a jump. That, combined with Salomon’s famously quick sintered base, means that the biggest kickers in the park are there for the taking.
There’s also a couple more rods at each end that link to the contact points of the Salomon Rumble Fish for better energy transfer. Meanwhile you’ve got nothing but regular wood core between the feet, so you can still get a nice torsional twist going. The result is a powerful, stable ride when you’re pinging down a fresh groomer, without losing the option to keep things a little more loosey-goosey at slower speeds.
