A relative newcomer to the market, the Dragon D3 has everything we love about the Dragon D1 but wrapped around a spherical lens rather than a cylindrical one. This one is slightly more expensive, but still a great price for a goggle with so much going on.
With its large, chunky frame, it’s a great one for those who like to keep things simple and classic – and if you wear specs when you ride, there’s room for those too. They’re easy to adjust and will work well with any helmet, or none.

It may not have the convenience of the Swiftlock system seen on the Dragon X2, but popping out one tint and replacing it with another is no big effort. The chunkiness of the frame makes it easier than with lower-profile models, so you won’t be running into any difficulties here.
The lens on the Dragon D3 is also tapered, avoiding the distortion that you can sometimes get with a consistently thick lens, and the anti-fog coating works with the subtle venting to keep things clear all day.
As far as lens options go, you can grab one of two auto-adjusting Transitions models that adapt to changing light conditions, or try out new Lumalens tech. Both have their strengths, albeit with a difference in price, so scope out which Dragon D3 will best suit your needs before pulling the trigger.
