UPDATE: Check out our review of the 2017/2018 Dragon NFX2 here
A favourite of Danny Davis among others, the Dragon NFX2 is a popular choice for those who like the frameless look applied to a mid-sized model with a cylindrical lens.
The venting in these is not only abundant but tough, so if you take a big slam and need to clear them out, you don’t need to be too precious.
The same goes for the lens-changing system; the NFX2 now also features Dragon’s ‘Swiftlock’, where levers on the side of the frames can be quickly flicked to release the lens.
Don’t worry about it accidentally popping out while you’re riding (or ragdolling) though, as when it’s properly locked up this is as safe as houses.
There are no fewer than 20 different lenses from which to pick, so you can be well-equipped for whatever conditions come your way – and should they change in a heartbeat, so can you.
