- History lesson: Forum was founded by legendary pro Peter Line – inventor of, amongst other things, the backside rodeo. Playing off Pete’s doper than dope style and the pretty much universal respect he enjoys in the industry, the brand quickly persuaded eight of the most progressive and inventive shredders of their era (or any era for that matter) to ride for them. The idea, that the ‘Forum 8’ would focus on producing team movies, was a pretty new and exciting one at the time, and is continued by the current crop of super-talented riders.
- Ridden by: The original jib-kids brand, Forum boards are now seen under the feet of riders all over the mountain. Which may have something to do with the fact that those original jib kids now have kids of their own…
