They say: Female specific urban warfare.
We say: As well as one of the best graphics on any board this season, this soft-flexing twin tip features Capita’s ‘Flat Kick’ rocker technology. This, along with the soft flex, means it would suit intermediates, or girls who want to kick ass in the park.
Tester says: Just flows down the hill. Bit twitchy at very high speed, but felt in control in most conditions.

About Capita
- Building boards since: 2000
- HQ: Seattle, WA, USA
- History lesson: Capita was founded by former Burton pro-rider and art afficianado Jason Brown in the early years of this century and quickly established itself as the anarchic devil-child of the snowboarding world. Capita combines this snotty punk-rock attitude with graphics by people who take themselves seriously as artists. But the brand is also renowned for its sense of humour, as classic designs like the twin-swallowtail Travis Parker pro-model showed. The graphic told riders where not to grab to avoid looking gay.
- Ridden by: Park rats who roll up the bottom of their beanies and keep their middle finger in a constant state of readiness to flick at police, parents or pisteurs. And unfortunately, the kind of wanker who thinks name-dropping Dash Snow makes him cool.
