They say: Revolutionary All-Terrain Freestyle
We say: A high-end rocker-camber combo board perfect for charging hard, carving and getting stuck into pretty much any kind of terrain. Its stiffish flex mans it’s not for beginners, but then the skull probably told you that anyway.
Tester says: Immediately felt stable and safe on the piste. You can really drive into turns and hold a solid edge.

About Capita
- Building boards since: 2000
- HQ: Seattle, WA, USA
- History lesson: Capita was founded by former Burton pro-rider and art afficianado Jason Brown in the early years of this century and quickly established itself as the anarchic devil-child of the snowboarding world. Capita combines this snotty punk-rock attitude with graphics by people who take themselves seriously as artists. But the brand is also renowned for its sense of humour, as classic designs like the twin-swallowtail Travis Parker pro-model showed. The graphic told riders where not to grab to avoid looking gay.
- Ridden by: Park rats who roll up the bottom of their beanies and keep their middle finger in a constant state of readiness to flick at police, parents or pisteurs. And unfortunately, the kind of wanker who thinks name-dropping Dash Snow makes him cool.
