Phew! I don’t know about you but I’m glad the Olympics is over. Don’t get me wrong, it was RAD seeing slopestyle and halfpipe played out to such a high level, as well as some truly awesome stacks and victory faces in the boardercross, but once every four years is quite enough for me.
No, my favourite competitions to watch (and take part in, often unsuccessfully) are the more unique formats, visions that could only have been conceived by a snowboarder on a four day acid trip in the woods.
