The Mavic 2 Pro is DJI’s flagship model and is touted to be the most powerful drone available to the public. In 2017 DJI acquired a majority stake in Swedish camera company Hasselblad, and thus they’ve been able to equip the Mavic 2 Pro with a Hasselblad L1D-20c camera. It’s a top of the range aerial camera, with the ability to capture 4K video and photos, it’s gimbal stabilised and has a 1-inch CMOS sensor. The CMOS Sensor has a sensing area 4 times better than the original Mavic Pro and can perform far better in low light conditions. The partnership has also allowed DJI to use HNCS (Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution) which ensures colour accuracy with all images.
