A living legend within the Burton binding family – the Burton Malavitas. This pair has been around for nearly a decade now and during its years on the market it’s become a favourite amongst many snow loving mavericks out there.
The Malavitas provide a consistent response and a good feel for whatever terrain you’re looking to ride. The reinforced rubber material at the heel edge is created to adjust according to your boot, providing even further response to your ride.
“With a baseplate made only out of one material, the Malavita’s will assure a consistent response and a good feel for whatever terrain you’re looking to ride”

The Supergrip Capstrap 2.0 toe strap is made out of two different materials – a firmer one in the spine to provide support, and a softer over-molded material to wrap around the boot. The strap adjusts to the boot instantly so a very comfortable ride is well within your reach.
Celebrating the Malavita’s nearly decade-long existence, Burton’s introduced a leather version of the bindings – something that’ll please riders who like their bindings to stand out a bit more. The leather Malavitas, just like with the normal ones, also come in Re:Flex and EST versions – satisfying the needs of both the Burton devotees and the mix-and-matchers.
These bad boys can handle speed well, and are sure to give you a good time. Since the Malavitas are slightly stiffer than your average medium flex, they’ll provide a responsive yet forgiving ride. However, they are slightly softer compared to Burton’s other favourite, the Cartel bindings. So if stiff is what you’re looking for, give the Cartels a look.
