They say: True freestyle versatility.
We say: Designed as an all-mountain freestyle stick, this twin will pretty much handle any terrain. The flatbase means it holds an edge nicely on hardpack, and the flex is still soft enough for the park. It may not be the easiest stick for beginners though.
Tester says: This board was amazing for carving, and rode switch easily.

About K2
- Building boards since: 1987
- HQ: Seattle, WA, USA
- History lesson: Founded as a ski company in 1961 by brothers Bill and Don Kirschner, K2 has been making snowboards longer than many board-specific brands. Despite this, it a while for K2 to live down its image as a commercially-driven ski-shark among snowboarding minnows. In the end though, the brand’s obvious commitment to snowboarding over the years, combined with its reputation for quality, has helped change even the most gnarled shredder’s minds.
- Ridden by: People looking for a brand that’ll let them ride whatever and wherever they want without being laughed at by anyone. Technically good, if slightly anonymous riders.
