Anyone who’s seen any of the videos of High Cascade that we publish on the site will know that it’s basically a summer shred paradise, so what, you’ll no doubt be asking, do you have to do to get out there?

Well, it’s pretty simple. You have to pop the shit out of a board over a standing bar – kind of like high jump. K2 will be kicking off the comp at the London Snow Show (October 20th – 24th) to start with, before taking it around the country. The whole thing is to celebrate the launch of K2’s brand new Fastplant Board, which they reckon is one of the poppiest on the market thanks to its super strong BambooYah core.
