Stu Innes should be a familiar name to regular visitors to Whitelines – after honing his rail talents at the Garthdee dry slope in Aberdeen, he soon became known as the guy who doesn’t even need fake snow to snowboard. Hell, grass and sand will do in a pinch.

We were impressed enough to give him the ‘Contender’ page back in the days of the print mag (also graced by Billy Morgan, Jamie Nicholls and Aimee Fuller among others), and now he’s earned the treatment again with the latest in our Contender video series.

As you can see, he’s pretty handy on the white stuff these days too. While the snow in Morzine’s not been great, the rail setup is top drawer – making it just the place to get Stu in front of our filmer’s camera. He may have #magichands, but those legs are pretty handy too.
