Episode one of Brandon Davis and Spencer Whiting‘s new web series is here – The Mayhem Projects is a candid look at their season spent on the road, captured 100% by GoPros.

As if we didn’t know how nifty the little video boxes were already, with the help of a bundle of accessories from GoPole the versatility of both the camera and the riders are exploited to full effect. Basically, we’ve never felt more like we’re actually in Australia than we ever have!

Kyle Mack, Chas Guldemond, Eric Beauchemin and Drayden Gardner are on board in Perisher’s park for this first episode, but over the coming winter expect much more as the pair travel the snow globe with chief filmer and editor Drew Hastings, showing not only world class riding from all over but how much a typical season can throw at them in the form of parks, contests, street missions and the backcountry.

In their own words:

“The Mayhem Projects started when Brandon Davis and Spencer Whiting found the endless creativity and expression that came with creating videos. By carrying GoPros around all winter, they were able to capture unique behind the scenes footage showing the lifestyles of professional snowboarding as well as some of the most captivating action shots through follow cams, POV, and more. The Mayhem Projects aim to not only produce content of some of the highest quality snowboarding online, but also show why we do this and help other audiences understand the authenticity of our efforts. Ultimately, were just having fun.”
