The Vimana Continental Twin is unchanged from last year – but that doesn’t mean we weren’t able to get a fresh take on it. After trying the rocker version last time around, this year we got our hands on the camber – and you can read our tester’s verdict below.
Whichever flavour of profile you opt for, you get the same simple-yet-effective construction from this small but widely admired Norwegian snowboard brand. The Vimana Continental Twin has an all-poplar core that’s light and consistent, profiled for a medium flex that caters for pretty much all park shenanigans.
“Having tried both the camber and rocker versions, we’re more impressed with the Vimana Continental Twin than ever”

If you want to step up to the bigger features, or the pipe, then the high-quality sintered base will ensure that you always have enough speed, provided you’ve prepared it properly. The Continental camber is your best bet for that stuff, with plenty of edge grip and pop on demand.
Of course, it’s flexible enough to also press for your life on rails and boxes – although if that’s your priority, then consider the rocker version. You won’t get the same feeling through the carves, but a better jib-stick you’ll struggle to find.
Having tried both, we’re more impressed with the Vimana Continental Twin than ever. Whatever your priority in the park, be sure to check this one out.
