Holy Mother of Retro, feast your eyes on this masterpiece. Kemper Snowboards were one of the original big three brands in the 80’s, and they’re back decades later serving up steaming hot piles of nostalgia to the masses. This is a head on collision of old school vibes and new school tech and construction. The Aggressor is their powerful all-mountain charger, built for those who prefer life in the fast line.

Only coming in a 152, you ride the Aggressor shorter than your regular board, its wide waist width puts it firmly in the ‘short n stubby’ category that’s gaining so much traction. The mid-stiff flex and tight sidecut offer a responsive and punchy ride on piste, but the Aggressor is far from a one trick pony.

“It’s ideal for pumping turns, throwing up big slashes and engaging the sidecut right up until the release of your carve”

As with most boards built for charging, the Aggressor has both a directional shape and flex. Stiffening up through the stubby tail with a powerful backseat camber injecting life and aggression through the rear of the board. It’s ideal for pumping turns, throwing up big slashes and engaging the sidecut right up until the release of your carve. The sheer width of it opens you up for a world of laid out long laid out turns, burning your nipples off as you’re getting those elbows down eurocarves without the fear of catching toes.

Despite its prowess on hardpack, the Aggressor isn’t just confined to the corduroy. Up front it transitions into a big scooped rocker, lifting the nose clear of the snow when you engage the board. With its tapered outline and 4cm setback, the Aggressor is going to float ridiculously well, and being that it’s so short, it’ll be way more manoeuvrable than your regular powder cannon. The diamond nose and slight cutout tail ensure that more surface area is found up front, forcing the tail to sink down, which in turn seesaws the front up and out of the snow.

“You might not be as young as you used to be, but there’s no point slowing down is there?”

Calling all rad dads, OG’s and nostalgia seekers- the Kemper Aggressor is your nimble piste and powder charger, able to turn on a dime and go full throttle when it matters most. You might not be as young as you used to be, but there’s no point slowing down is there?
