A best seller in the 686 line, the Smarty 3-in-1 Cargo Pants are fitted and waterproof, with a lot of extra features added. The 15K waterproof rating allows you to take these things out for a lap in the deep while they also work equally well for a cruise around the resort.

With a 10K breathability, we wouldn’t classify these as an ideal option if you’re planning on venturing out in the backcountry on the regular. Hiking up the hills is hard and sweaty work, and a 10K breathability rating means these pants aren’t ideal for more demanding mountain activities. They’ll definitely sort you out round the resort though.
The 3-in-1 cargo pants have also got a BOA compatible boot system in the gaiters allowing for you to adjust your boots easily.
