UPDATE: Check out our review of the 2019/2020 NOW Conda here
NOW’s female-specific range may be small, but it manages to cover all bases except beginners (which has never been much of a focus for this brand). The NOW Conda women’s snowboard bindings are the stiffer of the two models, built for charging hard and sending it deep.
If you’re going full tilt from dawn to dusk then your feet need all the help they can get. That’s where NOW’s ‘Skate-Tech’ comes in. As your weight moves from one edge to the other, the chassis rocks slightly in the direction of your foot, pivoting through the kingpin in the middle. Rubber bushings on both the heelside and toeside help to dampen chatter, resulting in an easier time for you feet.

The ankle straps on the NOW Conda are built to be responsive, but you can actually ease that off a bit simply by swapping each one to the other foot. At a stroke your level of support is reduced a little, giving you more freedom to flex. Stitch-free and almost glue-free too, they won’t crap out on you even if you put them through the ringer.
If you don’t put the foot down all that often then the NOW Vetta might be more your flavour, but riders looking to push themselves should get into a pair of NOW Conda women’s snowboard bindings.
