“The Cor Pro is Nicolas Müllers binding of choice, whether he’s riding technical lines in the backcountry or boosting methods off windlips”
2019 saw Bent Metal officially welcome Nicolas to their team, with his signature Cor Pro binding. Paired with his Gnu Müllair snowboard, this is the ultimate combo for resort ripping and backcountry bonanzas. We had a deeper look to see why these are Nico’s binder of choice…
Oddly enough, the very best bindings will make you feel like you’re not strapped into anything at all. This is mostly down to the straps: when you have a thick, bulky strap you’re often left with pressure points over the foot. By removing excess padding, and ergonomically designing the straps, you’re left with something that hugs and supports your boot. The toe straps are equally as important, and Bent Metal have gone all out with the Grip Form toe strap. It’s designed to wrap round the front of your boot, keeping you secure in the binding, without having to crank it down super tight. When you’re riding long hours, whether that’s big sessions filming in the backcountry or just a first lifts kind of day in resort, you’ll be thankful for the comfort offered by the Cor Pro.
