They say: A big-mountain gun for riders who want superior on-edge performance.
We say: This board plays to Arbor’s traditional market – the old-school, big-mountain loving powder hound. Made from environmentally-friendly materials with a stiff flex and a ‘Rocket Base’ this board is fast and responsive. Not for the fainthearted.
Tester says: So quick, and turns like a dream! Wouldn’t advise jibbing on it though…

About Arbor

  • Building boards since: 1995
  • HQ: Venice, CA, USA
  • History lesson: Founded in 1995 by a group of California shred-heads, Arbor set out to be as green as they possibly could right from day one. Of course, this was back when very few people had heard of global warming, and the greenhouse effect was something that happened when you hot-boxed your mate’s Fiesta. Being environmentally friendly wasn’t in vogue (or in Vogue for that matter) like it is now. Arbor, with its green concerns, tree logo and use of natural materials, was originally ridden mostly by hippies. Increasingly though, as green has become more mainstream in snowboarding, the company has started to shed its hippy image and produce some sick jib sticks alongside its surfer-ish powder boards.
  • Ridden by: The kind of Obama-voting Colorado native who lives in a log cabin somewhere out in the backcountry and grows their own vegetables.
