We’ve seen a fair bit of Shaun White in the last couple of days, what with his skate antics earning him prizes and very public cusses from the likes of the Lizard King at the same time. So when Burton stuck a new Shaun White video up on Youtube, we thought we’d check it out. Turns out it’s not actually a new video, but it’s a pretty frickin’ impressive one – it’s basically his most perfect halfpipe run ever. OK so the victory lap at the Vancouver Olympics must have felt better, but he actually rode the same run at this Grand Prix in Park City earlier in the year – only better. So that’s backside air, back-to-back double-corks, front 5 stalefish and the double-mctwist 1260/tomahawk/headfuck thingy that he throws in at the end. And unlike Vancouver (where the last trick was slightly scrubbed on the landing) everything is stuck cleanly here. No-wonder people think he’s a machine…
