We’ve known of her for a while, but Christy Prior seems not to have blown up on the international stage just quite yet.
Not for long we think; this edit released a couple of days ago show’s she is absolutely odds on for a medal at Sochi 2014.
Her kickers are on par with the best like Silje Nordenhal and Jamie Anderson (wait for the ender), but her rail game is where she stands head and shoulders above the pack. Not only can she throw big tricks on and off metal (0.24), but she oozes style whilst doing so; just check out that nose blunt!
In this last round of ‘smack talk’ edits dropping pre-Olympics, I’m going to stick my neck out and say that I quite fancy her chances for the gold; she has the style and tricks to do it.
