You don’t have to be Jamie Nicholls to enjoy a car park shred, and those in the Manchester area will have a great opportunity for one at the end of this month.
On Sunday 28th June, Subvert Boardstore will be taking tons of snow out of the Chill Factore dome and piling it on the concrete for a unique summer event. The jam format will see prizes for the best male and female riders in various age groups, as well as extra gongs for best slam, best style, best trick and most creative rider. Given that support comes from the likes of Spy, Volcom, Vans and Thirty Two, you can expect the prize pot to be stacked.
