The Nike Chosen series keeps on truckin’. After a storming first leg at Hemel Hempstead, the tour headed to Sweden for a stop at Funasdalen.
Unlike at the UK leg, riders and shapers alike had to pray for favourable conditions this time around. Luckily, things stayed favourable for the comp. The field of 35 riders had a ball on the booter, with ten shredders progressing to the final. It was a banger of an event, even without a Jamie Nicholls cardboard cut-out in attendance…
In the end it was Joel Andersson who took the win thanks to consistently sick riding all day. Now he’ll have the chance to throw down at the Nike Chosen finals. Just one problem for him, though – he’ll have to square off against Andy Nudds. Eh, good luck with that dude!
Stay tuned for an edit that should be dropping in the next couple of days. In the meantime, get all the info on the tour so far at the Nike Chosen site.
