Tignes starts to gear up for X-Games Europe

It’s a seasonnaires favourite and this year it gonna get blown wide open as the inaugural X-Games Europe comes to town. Tignes is starting to gear up for what looks set to be some epic competition with people doing all that swirly round and round stuff that snow sports loves. Below are a few pics from the very beginning of the build of the half pipe and surrounding stuff and things. Its got quite a way to go until it starts to look like the epic scale of action sports and energy drink branded lunacy that we associate with its North American bro but these things all come together and we’ll try to keep you up-to-date with the progress.
The Line up of riders is starting to look like something quite impressive too, so we thought we’d stick some of the confirmed names up, even if the are only tiddlers such as Travis Rice and Andreas Wiig. It is also looking like the UK complement of Jenny Jones will be being reinforced by Tyler Chorlton. Is Jenny once again gonna show them how our girls do things and could Chorlo show some similar winning skills? All in all looks like some good shit could go down.
