His creative blend of creativity, style and genuine gnar is becoming as iconic as it is fun to watch
After Curtis Woodman blew us away last week with one of the sickest powder parts we’ve seen in a long while, Arbor Snowboards have put out another full part from their impressive roster of riders – this time it’s Scotty Vine‘s turn.
This is his fourth online release in a row, again choosing the internet in place of traditional full movies, and it’s strategy that seems to pay off for the dude. His creative blend of creativity, style and genuine gnar is becoming as iconic as it is fun to watch.
Take the opener for example: we’ve seen other boardslides to frontflips before but none as clean as this. And the 5050 to backflip of the bridge at 2.54 – that is huge, sketchy and tech in equal measure, but somehow looks like no thang.
So for the fourth year running, we have to hand it to Scotty Vine again. Thought there was nothing as crazy as last year’s one-footed double backflip here, it still impresses.
