The breathable, lightweight, soft material is what makes FUTURELIGHT stand out from its competitors. The North Face is providing a material that allows keeping the jacket on despite temperature fluctuations while not being as noisy as the typical hard shell jackets.

Made with The North Face’s nano-spun membrane, FUTURELIGHT, it allows air to pass through for better venting and breathability without sacrificing waterproofness and durability. By using the nanospinning method, TNF has managed to create nano-sized fibres that allow improved air permeability while maintaining waterproofness.

The nanospinning structure has enabled to create a more lightweight and breathable membrane in a shape of an ultra-thin and nimble garment that doesn’t just sit comfortably next to the skin but also offers the required protection for the harsher elements.
