Nidecker knows a thing or two when it comes to making high tech carving boards, and the Escape a prime example of their abilities. That said, this board is slightly softer and more comfortable to ride compared to most other Nidecker’s- making it a great choice for the less aggressive riders.
With a classic camber profile, you can be sure this board will keep you firmly gripped on the snow no matter the conditions. The Nidecker Escape is a responsive board, with plenty of pop and stability to help you on your conquest to carve. The fast sintered base makes this stick even more fun, so you can be sure to glide your way through any kind of snow conditions.

The wood veneer top layer is made out of ash and adds response to the ride. It also makes for a more shock absorbent ride, soaking up some of the chatter as you’re shredding. With carbon and Kevlar added to the base this thing won’t break easy, so don’t be afraid to charge.
With a flexy-ish biax fiberglass this isn’t the hardest board to master either, so getting those turns in won’t require too much effort – ideal for the less experienced riders who want to conquer the slopes. The more forgiving flex makes it perfect for gaining confidence and working on progressing your skills.
This is a freeride friendly all-mountain board and you can easily rip around the whole mountain on this stick from sunrise to sunset. Considering the low price and all the tech that’s gone into producing this board, it’s also great value for money.
