This beauty of a board is Nidecker’s answer to a true twin freestyle stick. In collab with Agathe Toman, previously known for her collabs with different surf projects, Nidecker stepped out of their comfort zone and produced something that doesn’t quite resemble their usual type of board.
The Nidecker Era is a board you can take out for a whole day on the mountain without getting bored. Whether you’d like to fly off kickers, ride switch, or get some air in the backcountry this board will have your back. The true twin shape allows you to ride switch without any problems, while the camrock profile gives you both float and impeccable edge hold. With rocker at both ends you can easily jib your way around the mountain while also staying afloat in the deep, whilst the camber under the feet provides plenty of pop.
“The Kevlar construction makes this stick even more durable, something you’d come to expect from anything made out of bulletproof material”

With a sintered base and a mish mash of light and strong woods in the core, you can be sure to pick up speed on this thing without having to worry about the board getting demolished when hitting something less forgiving than snow. The Kevlar construction makes this stick even more durable, something you’d come to expect from anything made out of bulletproof material.
A nice add to all the technical stuff are the graphics of this board – they look rad. Agathe Toman is known for her black and white abstract art, and this board is a fine example of her skills. Toman’s art is inspired by feelings, so it’s up to the observer to interpret the design – something to kill time doing when stuck on the lift I guess.
If you’re looking for a board that gives you the best of both worlds, park and pow, the Nidecker Era is the ideal stick for you. In addition to all of the above, the Era is also Nidecker’s team rider Tim Humphreys’ weapon of choice. Safe to say then, you’ll be having a lot of fun riding it.
