They say: Can handle any riding style.
We say: A mid-flexing true twin that’d suit beginners, but would work equally well for park/dome rippers. Not the most tech board, but if you’re looking for something to throw around in any conditions, this is a good option.
Tester says: Fast, smooth ride. ‘Radius-to-flat’ tech through the nose and tail really helped in slushy conditions.

About DC
- Building boards since: 2008
- HQ: Vista, CA, USA
- History lesson: DC may have only moved into making snowboards in the last few seasons, but already boasts one of the best ranges and sickest pro teams on the planet. How, you may well ask? Because when it comes to board sports, the brand has a pedigree that would piss all over any Crufts winner. The company was founded as a maker of skate shoes by Californians Ken Block and Damon Way in 1993, and started making snowboard boots shortly afterwards. Now owned by Quiksilver, the brand is still going strong.
- Ridden by: Ever seen a G-off in the park? You know, when two people stick their hands up to drop at the same time, and then have a bit of eyeballing and shoulder-dusting to decide who got there first? Well chances are at least one of those kids was riding DC.
