BUY FROM

The Warpig is an incredible all mountain and freeride board that somewhat unexpectedly started to get a high rep from people ripping through the park. What’s the next logical step? The Twinpig. Utilising everything that people loved in the Warpig, but packaging it into a slightly more specific, twin shape to become more freestyle than freeride focused.

Combining a Twin Nose & Tail with the Pig series’ signature volume shifted style creates an amazing, stubby board that you can size down on to reduce your swing weight and get that extra bit of confidence for your spins.

“If you’re looking to go HAM in the park this might be the board for you”

Who Is The Ride Twinpig For?

If you’re an intermediate rider that’s looking to work on your skills in the park but still want to be able to ride the rest of the mountain then this might be the board for you.

Shape, Profile and Sidecut

This beasty features an asymmetric sidecut to help you initiate your heelside turns via a slightly deeper radius on the heelside sidecut.

But asymmetry doesn’t mean you can’t huck this hog in switch; it’s twin shape allows you take off and land however you please, and while it’s not quite as wide as the Warpig, it is still wider and shorter than your standard deck to keep your swing weight down for an easier rotation in the air.

Built to maximise the fun in the park the hybrid rocker profile features enough camber between your feet to load up a big pop while the rocker in the nose and tail offers a little more catch-free forgiveness.

And for those butter boys and girls out there look no further, this is one soft little swine with a big nose and tail. The perfect porksword for any press hungry jibbers.

Construction and Materials

Featuring Rides latest upgrades to the SlimeWalls tech, the new SlimWalls help to create an even damper board for a smoother ride with less chatter. Made out of urethane with a carbon composite these sidewalls can take a beating and will ride the same at all temperatures. Think of all the beatings a skateboard wheel takes and keeps on turning, well these are made of the same stuff so expect that same level of resilience.

The stoneground, sintered base will have you slipping and sliding at full speed like a greased… pig. The Twinpig also features double impact plates fitted under each binding to add increased strength when you need it the most to help prevent board breaks. Perfect for those who go big and want something strong and reliable underfoot that won’t give out on you if you land a little heavy on your tail (we’ve all been there).

“It’s stubby shape and softer flex will have you spinning and pressing with ease while the camber profile between your feet will still let you charge up for a pop”

Roundup

If you’re looking to go HAM in the park this might be the board for you. It’s stubby shape and softer flex will have you spinning and pressing with ease while the camber profile between your feet will still let you charge up for a pop.

Although a little less all-mountain than the Warpig, the Twinpig will still hold it’s own in a carve thanks to it’s slightly wider than standard size and float well in powder should you find yourself away from the park for the afternoon.

To really appreciate the volume shifted shape and design of any swine in Ride’s pig litter just make sure to size down 3-6cm from your standard deck.
