Who Are The O’Neill Extreme Mountain Jacket and Shred Bib Pants For?

If on the hunt for a multifunctional jacket that works as well on and off the mountain, the Extreme Mountain jacket is designed to keep you warm and toasty whilst not letting the elements in. Paired up with the Shred Bib Pant, you’ve got yourself a great outfit for any occasion.

Materials and Construction

Made with recycled materials, both the O’Neil Extreme Mountain Jacket and Shred Bib Pants are part of the O’Neill Blue collection. 50% of the jacket’s shell material is made from recycled polyester, whilst 45% of the pants are made with RPET REPREVE.

RPET REPREVE is a brand that stands for recycled PET – a recycled fibre that contains recycled materials including post-industrial waste and used plastic bottles. By using REPREVE, O’Neill has already diverted more than 10 million plastic bottles from landfills, and the numbers keep on rising.

The jacket comes with a good amount of 100% RPET REPREVE insulation to keep you warm on the colder days too, whilst the bibs are made with a stretchy shell fabric thus making them ergonomically more enjoyable.

Fit and Features

Designed with a traditional cut, the regular fit on both the jacket and the bib pants allows for plenty of space to layer up if needed as they’re aimed to feel looser around the body.

Packed with a bunch of features, the Extreme Mountain Jacket comes with armpit venting, an audio pocket to keep the phone safe, a back hood adjuster for a better-fitted hood, a goggle pocket, a lift pass pocket and loads of other necessities. Both the jacket and pants are put together with critically taped seams making it even less likely for water to get through.
