Holden began as a thought in the mind of longtime rider Mikey LeBlanc back in the year 2000. “At the time I was a professional snowboarder and I remember getting boxes of outerwear that was just… kinda silly-looking,” he remembers. Holden was born to offer a counterpoint to the boxy-looking mountainwear that was prevalent at the time.
“The new season’s Holden outerwear looks great, with some street-styled silhouettes that’ll have you as happy rolling through town as you are on the hill”
After a stint of being owned by a larger parent company, Holden is now back firmly in Mikey’s experienced hands and for 2018-19 the Portland-based brand not only plough forward with their street-fashion-meets-function approach, they have updated their logo and wordmark, too.
As has been the standard since day one, the new season’s Holden outerwear looks great, with some street-styled silhouettes that’ll have you as happy rolling through town as you are on the hill, and furthermore they’ve dropped in some cutting edge technologies to bring mountainside performance to new heights rolling into 2019.
