Remember the footage of this stacked handplant with Gigi Rüf and Luke Mitrani from a while back? That edit came from the very same sunny spring sessions that we get a look at in this latest video shot at Dragon’s Advanced Project X lodge in Silverton, Colorado. Some of you may also recall that the Silverton backcountry was home to Shaun White’s mahoosive Red Bull sponsored private pipe back in 2009 which, oddly enough, was also called Project X.

Anyway, the aim of these sessions was to get a bunch of the Dragon riders (Gigi, Luke and Wolle Nyvelt) up into a remote alpine location for some ‘product testing’ – basically ripping around the mountain with a swanky pair of APX goggles on. Not a particularly taxing R&D endeavour for the guys then if you ask us!
