Billabong Slopestyle hits NZ next month

http://mpora.com/videos/JMAQUIIZc It’s all change for this year’s Billabong event at Snow Park NZ, kicking off on the 5th August. Boasting an increased TTR rating and cash purse, the comp is being majorly overhauled for its 10th year.

Last year’s Billabong Brodown was a strictly big-air event, but the organisers are taking the comp back to its slopestyle roots, with a reported dozen hits on the course! Some things won’t be changing, though – there’ll still be a world-class lineup looking to strip local hero Jake Koia of his title, including Antti Autti and Seb Toots, while TTR champ Jamie Anderson will be the one to beat in the womens’ division. Check back here after the dust settles to see what went down!
