These days, it’s the Burton US Open that acts as the final event for the tour’s top riders, but this year could be different. Peetu Piiroinen, last year’s title winner, has earned himself such an impressive lead in the tour so far that he may be able to seal the deal and win the trophy before the US Open even begins.

If he can continue the form that has earned him podium places at the Air & Style, the O’Neill evolution and the BEO, Peetu will become the first two-time TTR World Tour Champion ever this weekend! Not bad for the quiet man from Finland…
