As if this season hadn’t been epic enough for the UK ski resorts, the news last night was full of more heavy snow in the Highlands. Doom and gloom and pictures of trucks hanging off the side of the road can only mean one thing for us snowboarders: powder! Indeed we’re hearing reports from the Scottish crew that their winter just got extended by another few weeks. We just got back from the British Champs in Switzerland, where it was thawing badly all week, so if you fancy a spring shred you could do a lot worse than think about jumping in the car and heading up north. One word of caution: make sure the roads are passable before you set off!
