Back in December our friends over at Gonzilla.tv, developed and launched a brand new concept for a UK snowboard film – the idea being that riders all over the country submit footage documenting their 2011/2012 snowboard experiences, which will be edited together to present a ‘portrait’ of a year of UK snowboarding and the diversity that goes with it. We think it’s a fantastic idea and so far the guys have been sent a decent amount of footage, but could still do with more! The editing process has now begun and so the time has come for an official announcement of the footage submission deadline.

So, if you would like to be a part of this one-off project and have got some great footage sitting forgotten and lifeless on a hardrive, have a listen to what the guys are looking for (the main criteria are that it’s at least 720p and hasn’t been used before) and get your submissions sent over no later than the 31st July at 12PM.

We’re looking forward to the movie which should be dropping sometime in September.
