On the eve of the Brits, we’ve been sent some more info that makes an already great-sounding week even better. First up, we’ve been sent the line-up for the closing night party, and we can tell you it looks like it’s gonna be sick!
Saturday night’s entertainment consists of two time DMC world champion DJ Switch, who’ll cutting and pasting every genre going to show off those silky turntablist skills. On top of that we also have all-round awesomeness from A-Skillz, the man who put together this banging Beatles remix, which ended up being one of the biggest breaks tracks of last year. With a history of playing live sets that cross genres quicker than a confused transvestite on Canal Street, he will definitely be one to watch.
On top of all this, we’ve also been sent the poster for the Friday night rock party, which will be co-hosted by Animal and Whitelines! The party, which will feature Kerrang’s Christian Stevenson on the decks, will also be sponsored by Guitar Hero, and the games’ makers are looking to get a battle of the bands going. So get out your tight spandex, dust off that mullet wig and get ready to shred the shit out of that old axe – virtually of course. We’ll see you there!
