We have been following our Freeride World Tour newcomer and UK rider, Sascha Hamm in his adventures in the competitive world of Backcountry riding. Last week we released his first episode, and now here is the second in his series.

Here, we have a recap of all of Saturday’s action, including Sascha’s unfortunate fall so close to the finish line. He managed to finish a promising 8th place, taking him to 5th overall in the championship.

In this episode, his friends are asked to describe him in 5 words. They managed ‘Humble Goat Wiener Slasher’ (yeah, we realise that’s only 4 as well…), and we’re not sure whether that’s a good or bad thing.

But it looks like Sascha has been creating some sweet fresh lines at the weekend on the French side of Mont Blanc, in Chamonix. It’ll all be happening again this weekend so tune in to our live stream of the next event in Fieberbrunn, Austria, on February 1st. Good luck Sascha!
