Kareem El-Rafie, the Swedish jib-meister who has thrown down silly skills in movies such as Special Blend’s ‘First Chair – Last Call’ and Forum’s masterpiece ‘That’ has moved over to Vancouver based board company Endeavour, leaving Forum. For whatever reasons, this is the second member of the Forum crew to decamp in recent weeks following Eddie Wall’s recent departure to Weekend/Bond.
Kareem, who was founder of the Frontline Rail Jam, one Europe’s biggest, rail abusing, jib comps has said: “I’m really stoked to be on Endeavor. I instantly vibed with the boards and I am stoked on the people running it. They are a 100 per cent rider-driven snowboard company with roots in my favorite places on earth, Whistler and Vancouver.” Can’t argue with that.
Kareem’s part in Special Blend/ Forum’s ‘First Chair – Last Call’ free movie show’s just what a skillful chappy he can be when presented with a rail or two and if Endeavour are going to make sure that more of these kind of skills are unleashed on the world then good times are ahead.
“Hanging with Kareem at ISPO was amazing – he’s a perfect fit to the crew and and as an ambassador for Endeavor,” said Max Jenke Endevour founder and CEO.
