LUEX, a company that specialises in running surf and snowboard trips to far-flung destinations, are giving away one hell of a prize here – a trip to Kamchatka, the peninsula in the far east of Russia known as the land of fire and ice.
They’ve teamed up with Vertikalny Mir to offer 7 nights accommodation, the use of a private heli, guiding services, and avalanche safety equipment to the lucky winner. Looks like all you have to buy is the flights.
The site of several Absinthe Films shoots, Kamachatka has an almost mythical status, and must be one of the few places in the world where you can ride down active volcanoes.
