It may not feel like it at the moment, but (as the Starks are fond of reminding us) winter is coming. Which means that Whitelines will soon be back on the shelves, and our Now That’s A Caption competition, run in collaboration with Now Bindings and The Snowboard Asylum, is also returning.

Rather than post the pics in the magazine this year, we thought we’d stick them up online for you, and ask you to leave your witty/stupid/smutty suggestions for captions in the comments section below each month.

Our favourite caption for each month’s photo will be printed in the following month’s mag, and the winner will get sent a brand spanking new pair of Now bindings! Here’s the first photo, of Gigi Rüf and Manuel Diaz:

The bindings on offer for this first competition are the Now IPO. These mid-flexing all-rounders are pretty much perfect for all-mountain freestyle shredding.
