It may still be sunny outside, but the new season is approaching faster than you might think. And with it comes a new winter’s worth of Whitelines magazines, and a brand new Instagram competition that we’re running with the good folk from Dragon Alliance .

The Whitelines-Dragon Amgram Contest gives all you amateur photogs out there a chance to see your work printed in Whitelines, and win a damn fine pair of Dragon Goggles for your trouble!

Here’s how it works: 

1) Every month between now and February 2014 we’ll pick a theme (with a corresponding hashtag) which we’ll announce online.

2) You upload your best shots relating to that theme on Instagram. These can be action shots, lifestyle, landscapes, portraits, or anything else you think reflects that theme and your experience of snowboarding.

3) Add that month’s theme hashtag, along with the tags #DragonUK and #WLSnow, and watch your shot pop up with all the other entries here (it may take up to half an hour to appear).

4) Make sure you follow @dragoneurope and @whitelinesmag on Instagram (otherwise your entry won’t count).

5) The best shot gets printed in the following month’s mag, and you (if you’re the winner) get sent a pair of new, exclusive Dragon Goggles.
